In the summer of 2023, Jacob Hamilton — a Knoxville native and self-described "juice pilgrim" — took a life-changing trip to Cuba. A single glass of fresh-pressed mango juice on a cobblestone street in Old Havana stopped him dead in his tracks.
He returned to Tennessee with one mission: bring that flavor home. After sourcing rare tropical fruits, importing hand-carved wooden presses, and testing over 400 recipes, Humtasker's Cuban Juice Bar opened its doors in spring 2024.
We press everything to order. We source fruit from small Caribbean farms. And we refuse to apologize for our prices.
